Role Purpose:
The purpose of this role is to provide services and support on human resources activities of the functional area in line with the company policies and procedures to achieve the team's objectives and targeted plan.

Contract Length: 6 months

Job responsibilities:
- Prepare employee paperwork from new hire to termination including Director Resolutions, all types of Employment Agreements and amendments
- Keep employee information in confidential matter and ensure HR documents are reviewed by Legal, ER and other relevant stakeholders when necessary
- Monitor, approve and process employee leave requests, timesheets and overtime requests
- Obtain & organize approvals from employees and leaders in standard HR documents
- Manage & properly maintain HR soft and hard archiving
- Answer employee queries via employee hotline and other channels and provide generalist HR support to employees and leaders in accordance with company policies and procedures
- Provide support to cyclical HR activities such as long service recognition and annual remuneration process and issue relevant DRs
- Interacts on a regular basis with human resources professionals in order to support them in their delivery of key operational projects and activities
- Action requests for basic HR reports, reference letters, copy of employment agreements etc from eligible people
- Fill required information on Social Insurance Book and Medical Green list
- Delivers transactional and administrative human resources support to internal HR teams and selected parties within the business with a high attention to details
- To comply with other reasonable requests from direct leader and MOR as regards to company activities

Job requirements:
-Undergraduate or equivalent or higher education obtained through degrees or diplomas from academic college or universities
- Human resources or Business Administration or a discipline relevant to the performing function
- At least 3 years relevant experience, or otherwise the significant practical experience and on the job training
- Deliver work to plan, track task progress and resolve issues that block task completion, escalating where appropriate
- Capture and analyze business data to make timely decisions to deliver on business objectives
- Deploy available resources, considering their most effective and efficient use to achieve team priorities
- Take direct action for improving productivity for all tasks performed in line with standard work practices
- For supervisors, the primary focus would be daily to weekly performance
