Position: Customer Service Coordinator

Main Responsibilities:
- Receiving and processing customer requests via phone, online chat, and email
- Receiving, registering, and entering customer information into the electronic database
- Consulting clients on registration, order processing, products, and other AMWAY Company processes
Requirements:
- Languages: Fluent in Russian and Mongolian (required), English (preferred)
- Education: Higher education/Incomplete higher education, specialized secondary education
- Experience: Customer service experience is a plus
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills
- Language Proficiency: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Russian and Mongolian
- Personal Qualities: Disciplined, punctual, quick learner, ability to handle large amounts of information
- Computer Skills: Proficient PC user
