Position: Customer Service Coordinator

Main Responsibilities:

  • Receiving and processing customer requests via phone, online chat, and email
  • Receiving, registering, and entering customer information into the electronic database
  • Consulting clients on registration, order processing, products, and other AMWAY Company processes

Requirements:

  • Languages: Fluent in Russian and Mongolian (required), English (preferred)
  • Education: Higher education/Incomplete higher education, specialized secondary education
  • Experience: Customer service experience is a plus
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills
  • Language Proficiency: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Russian and Mongolian
  • Personal Qualities: Disciplined, punctual, quick learner, ability to handle large amounts of information
  • Computer Skills: Proficient PC user
