Requirements:
- Higher education.
- Language skills fluency in English & Russian (written and spoken).
- Work experience total work experience 4 5 years; Minimum 2 years of experience in managing advertising or communication projects. Experience in organizing events is preferred.
- Requirements for business competencies the ability to work independently and show initiative, the desire to learn, make decisions and take responsibility for them; excellent computer skills (advanced user); developed communication and administrative skills; experience working on or leading cross-functional projects.
Job duties:
- Participates in the formation of a simple and understandable message about Amway's business opportunities for different target audiences; ensures that Amway's business opportunity message is integrated into all areas of the Company.
- Participates in the implementation of strategy in the field of promoting the message about the Amway business opportunity and stimulating business; Participates in creating content to promote the message of a business opportunity to different target audiences through different tools and channels.
- Prepares, adapts, and updates materials on Amway's value proposition.
- Provides expert support to all areas of the Company impacting the communication of the Amway business opportunity. Creates and implements Amway Business Opportunity Development Team materials for various communication channels as part of the change management process for the Company's strategic initiatives. Creates, adapts, and updates Company employee materials for events organized by Approved Vendors. Provides support for incentive programs aimed at stimulating Amway business growth;
- Creates, adapts, and updates materials to support tools designed to drive Amway business growth. Maintains a database of potential partners in the field of services necessary for organizing events for the Company's partners; participates in negotiations on organizing events for the Company's partners on the terms of cooperation; prepares proposals for the content and artistic design of events, organizes photo and video shooting.
- Creates and manages the business session program at various events organized by Amway; creates, adapts, and updates materials related to the business agenda of events organized by Amway.
- Has expertise in the Company's strategy globally and within the subregion; ensures the promotion of the Company's strategy through localization and creation of content for different target audiences.
- Monitors and participates in the preparation of content and business support materials for Company management as requested. Organizes and controls work within projects: analyzes information necessary to launch a project, creates operational plans, searches for suppliers or interacts with existing suppliers, monitors the work of suppliers and the preparation of documentation for projects.
- Interacts with other divisions of the Company and central offices of the Company in other countries to collect all necessary information for launching and maintaining projects. Replaces other employees of the Amway Business Opportunity Development Group in case of their absence/necessity.
- Carry out other instructions from the manager within the scope of his/her competence. Ensures the confidentiality of proprietary information.
