Service Engineer

Job title: Service Engineer

Company: International Manufacturer of Processing Machines 

Area: Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia

Responsibilities:

• Familiar with principles of dealing with all partner products;
• Provide and assist with pre-installation service of machines to customers;
• Carry out preventative maintenance at customer sites as per service contract requirements;
• Deliver professional service skills to resolve the machine issues in time to contribute to customer satisfaction;
• Report customer feedback to the superior with accurate information;
• Prepare working reports for use within the company or for customers, e.g. service and audit reports;
• Assist sales staff in equipment demonstration and response to technical inquiries by request;

Skills & Requirements:

• University degree in electrical/mechanical engineering or other related majors
• Preferable a minimum of 2 years experience in machinery service roles in the food and or medical packaging/manufacturing industries with the ability to read electrical drawings
• Preferable related packaging equipment experience including thermoforming, Tray sealers, Chamber machines,   and MR labeling equipment

• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate at all levels
• A clear thinker with the ability to fault find under pressure
• Self-driven, organized, structured, technically versed and proactive personality
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, both English and Mongolian
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications with the advanced Excel and Power Point skills
• Willingness to travel within the country and internationally.
• Driving license category B, category D is a plus.
