Position: Account Manager

Location: Mongolia

Key Responsibilities

  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key contacts at assigned accounts. Serve as the main point of contact for all site-related sales activities.
  • Customer Insight: Develop deep knowledge of customer operations and goals through regular site visits, staying informed on market and competitor trends to identify business opportunities.
  • Proposals & Deals: Create and deliver high-quality proposals and RFP responses, and lead the sales process from contact to order completion.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on sales performance, update CRM with detailed account plans, and ensure budget alignment to maximize profitable volume.
  • Issue Resolution: Address customer issues promptly, coordinating with internal teams to ensure satisfaction.
  • Collaboration: Work with internal teams, especially the Contract Manager, to deliver effective solutions.
  • Compliance: Follow company policies and document customer interactions in the CRM.

Requirements

  • Minimum Year 10 education; mining industry sales experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of mining/mineral processing and relevant products is advantageous.
  • Strong relationship-building skills, with a good grasp of sales principles.
  • Excellent communication, prioritization, and multitasking abilities.
  • Team player, proactive, and adaptable, with CRM and MS Office proficiency.
