Job responsibilities:

- To form, strengthen, and maintain a high business reputation of Amway through ensuring a uniform understanding and application of our Rules and Policies by our business owners (ABOs). Maintaining equal conditions for ABOs to conduct business.
- Business Owners (ABO) representative, distributor, a person building business using Amway business model and business instruments
- To conduct investigations into identified cases of violations of Amway Rules and to form proposals on the need to apply corrective measures in accordance with established procedures.
- To conduct explanatory work on our rules with ABOs and establish productive and effective cooperation with ABOs to prevent violations.
- Respond to ABO inquiries on business conduct and our rules
- Communicate our rules to ABOs and sales department colleagues
- Participate in meetings with ABOs and provide feedback
- Analyze trends in rule violations and develop countermeasures
- Lead projects related to business ethics
- Monitor ABO activities for compliance with our rules
- Register and address complaints and claims
- Investigate and analyze reasons for complaints
- Prepare information publications and presentations
- Represent the company in resolving conflicts
- Participate in company events
- Maintain accurate records and reports

Job requirements:

- Law, Compliance, and other law related field. Bachelor or higher degree.
- Fluent written and spoken Russian and Mongolian, Intermediate English (written and spoken)
- At least 2 years in Customer service, Consultancy or International firm related work experience. Experienced in working with key clients. Negotiation skills is a plus.
- Developed analytical skills
- Ability to handle objections
- Stress resistance, independence
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
