Job Title: HR Coordinator
Company: International mining equipment provider
Location: Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia
Requirements:
- University degree in Business Administration, preferably in HR.
- 2-3 years of work experience in a related field.
- Understanding of Mongolian Laws.
- Good communication and leadership skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Effective English and Mongolian communication skills.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office programs.
Responsibilities:
- Promote workplace safety and ensure compliance with safety policies.
- Oversee all aspects of full-cycle recruiting including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing.
- Serve as a point of contact with employee questions and assist with employee communications.
- Assist with performance management processes.
- Assist with reporting needs across all aspects of the HR function.
- Organize events, facilitate training, and update staff information on ERP systems.
- Support a variety of HR team initiatives and projects
