About Role:

The company, headquartered in Hong Kong, is establishing a new entity in Mongolia focused on the non-banking financial sector. We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Operations Manager to lead this new venture and manage its operations in partnership with the CEO. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape and grow a business at the forefront of financial innovation, backed by the company's expertise and global network.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and oversee all operational processes, ensuring efficiency and alignment with strategic goals.
• Work closely with the CEO and Hong Kong headquarters to develop and implement business strategies tailored to the Mongolian market.
• Ensure adherence to Mongolian financial regulations and collaborate with legal advisors to meet licensing and reporting requirements.
• Oversee budgeting, financial planning, and performance tracking with the CEO and Hong Kong headquarters.
• Build relationships with local stakeholders, including clients, regulators, and industry partners.
• Identify growth opportunities and spearhead initiatives to expand the company's footprint in Mongolia.

Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related fields; MBA preferred.
• 5 years in operations management, preferably in financial services or non-banking financial institutions.
• Knowledge of Mongolian financial markets and regulatory frameworks is an advantage.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to work across cultures and geographies.
