Position title: Customer Support & Purchasing Officer

Company: International Mining Equipment Provider

Location: Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia

Responsibilities:

  • Generation of quotations for Customer accounts
  • Raising Proforma Cash Sale invoices when required
  • Sales Orders entry and Order Confirmations when required for Customer accounts
  • Processing consignment stocks replenishment orders
  • Reporting on customers orders and delivery status
  • Raising daily Delivery Notes and Reports to notify warehouse
  • Processing financial orders & deliveries block release requests to Finance
  • Updating & ensuring compliance of pricing on Fixed Price Agreements (FPA) with customers
  • Raising Intercompany and External Purchase Orders.
  • Monitoring & reporting on delivery of Intercompany and External Purchase Orders
  • Process Returns / Credits / Non Compliance Reports (NCR)
  • Assisting Finance with invoice queries
  • Maintenance of Customer Master Data
  • Raise and follow up Master Data Department (MDD) requests when required (part numbers creation, change and supersessions)
  • Monitoring & reporting of Slow Moving & Obsolescence Inventory
  • Preparing and reporting on Monthly & Quarterly Spares Input & Output Forecasts

Requirements:

  • Proficiency of the Mongolian & English languages. Ability to communicate effectively with customers via email and on the phone.
  • Minimum Intermediate to Advanced Level - Microsoft suit of products (especially Excel)
  • SAP proficiency 4.7b or higher version
  • Use of email systems such as Microsoft Outlook
  • Basic understanding of Accounting, Human Resource Systems, Inventory, Manufacturing, Order Processing, Payroll
