Job purpose

As a Sales Consultant for Rolex and Master Time LLC you will play a crucial role in assisting the Boutique to deliver sales targets and achieve key objectives. Looking to build on your retail and Rolex product knowledge you will be a dedicated and committed team player with a passion for delivering the excellent service that our clients have come to expect; always acting with honesty, integrity and enthusiasm.

Essential Experience / Attributes

  • Exceptional communication skills
  • A genuine interest in the Rolex brand
  • Advanced English language and 3rd spoken language (if Chinese spoken will be preferred)
  • A professional, positive approach
  • Flexible and adaptable to change
  • Eager to learn
  • Motivated, proactive and dedicated
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • An excellent understanding of exceptional customer experience
  • IT literate

Desirable Experience

  • Watch or jewellery product knowledge
  • External watch or jewellery qualifications
  • Advanced selling and negotiation skills
  • Visual merchandising skills
  • Experience of events and Clienteling
  • A proven record of achieving and surpassing sales targets
  • Retail experience ideally within a luxury, consultative environment

Core Accountabilities

As a Sales Consultant you will ensure that you are working in a professional manner at all times; using your excellent interpersonal skills and passion for the business and brand to engage with customers and colleagues alike. Being a role model for Rolex and Master time LLC, you will be a committed and dedicated team player; identifying, sharing and spreading best practise not just in your own Showroom but throughout the wider business.

You will be well presented at all times with a positive can do attitude; delivering excellent customer service to everyone that you meet, you will play a key role in the Boutique success!
You will be accountable for delivery in the following areas:

  • Achieving sales targets and working to store KPIs
  • Delivering an exceptional client experience to all
  • Adhering to company and brand policies and company regulations and sales procedures
  • Processing payments
  • Continuous development of product knowledge through relevant training via E learning, attendance and other sources
  • Adhering to the company dress code standards at all times
