IT Engineer

Responsibilities：

· Provide low-level IT solutions/design to local office/channel partner/key account customers.

· Require to be able to present technical solutions professionally and have technical training for local channel partners and customers.

· Collect customers' voices and recognize customers' requirements.

· Provide technical support to finalize the IT solution to customers.

· Delivery of the company's product solution and managing the delivery progress of 3rd party product

· Technical problem troubleshooting and optimization

Requirements：

· Bachelor's Degree or above in Engineering or IT-related field of study

· At least one year of experience in IT Infrastructure and Software (CRM/Billing/Mobile Money..etc.)

· Delivery or maintenance project in the Telecom industry or Enterprise Network industry.

· Must be able to communicate effectively in English, proficiency in Mandarin will be an added advantage.

·  Experience in Server, Datacom, and storage technical domains.

· Must have good reading/writing capability and learn proactively.

· Can work hard and cooperate well with others.

· Able to travel within the country for business trips and willing to work overtime is required
