Role purpose:

• Provide efficient, and reliable lamp room related supports to underground mining operations in line with the company policies and procedures to achieve the department's objectives and targeted plan.

Duties and responsibilities:

• Operate the Lamp Room efficiently and safely, aligned with UG schedules.
  
  
• Maintain PPE and safety equipment logs (e.g., CO gas tester, Airstream Helmet).
  
  
• Distribute up to 160 types of PPE and monitor PPE system performance.
  
  
• Report PPE system issues and replace damaged or lost PPE chips.
  
  
• Check PPE for expiry or damage and manage scheduled inspections.
  
  
• Track unreturned PPE and take necessary actions.
  
  
• Update and issue UG Refuge Chamber maps.
  
  
• Refill PPE vending machines during non-peak hours.
  
  
• Collect PPE from warehouse and record in system.
  
  
• Deliver PPE to Shaft 1 and Chandmani daily.
  
  
• Keep locker/closet records updated accurately.
  
  
• Support UG visits and Family Day events.
  
  
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the Supervisor.
  

Contract length: 8 months

General Requirements:

• Undergraduate or equivalent or higher education obtained through degrees or diplomas from academic college or universities.
• At least 3 years relevant experience, or otherwise the significant practical experience and on the job training.
• Mongolian drivers license with classifications of B, C
