Job Title: Sales Specialist

Job responsibilities:

- Provides comprehensive support to distributors
- Offers consultation on company business products, processes, and procedures
- Resolves non-standard questions and requests
- Serves as the primary liaison between distributors and other company departments
- Prioritizes tasks for internal departments to meet the needs of distributors
- Evaluates potential and supports key distributors
- Analyzes business performance and identifies high-potential distributors
- Provides personalized consulting and support
- Transmits information about key distributors to the key account manager
- Manages incentive and recognition programs:
- Processes requests for monetary adjustments (bonuses, discounts) and point adjustments
- Makes changes to the implementation of incentive programs
- Responsible for distributor recognition procedures (recognition, congratulations, publications)
- Monitors distributor lists for participation in incentive programs and trips
- Ensures compliance with qualification requirements:
- Monitors distributor lists as part of the qualification level recognition process
- Assesses the risks of confirming distributor qualifications
- Organizes communication and events
- Communicates with distributors
- Assists in organizing events and implements other activities within the framework of fundamental support

Job requirements:

- Bachelor's degree or higher
- Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience
- Intermediate level English is preferred. Fluency in Russian and Mongolian is required
- Extensive business knowledge. Strong communication and analytical skills, results-oriented.
