Position: Staff (CEO Secretary)

Department: Human Resources and General Affairs Department

Area: Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia

Job responsibilities:

-Scheduling and effective arrangements of company cars;

-Work closely with the CEO and other foreign employees to support and provide full personal assistant support as necessary;

-Act as a primary contact dealing with correspondence of CEO or other foreign employees as necessary;

-Manage and complete necessary visa arrangements of employees and guests;

-Support and engage in other necessary HR and GA responsibilities as requested;

-Provide and organize internal and external event management support;

Skills required:

-1 to 2 years of experience in administration duties focusing on assistance and customer service;

-Multitasker with excellent attention to detail and time management skills to prioritise deadlines and workload;

-Ability to demonstrate hard and soft skills to provide timely support to staff and management members;

-Ability to work in an international and dynamic environment;

-Excellent oral and written communication skills in Japanese is a must;
