Role purpose:
The purpose of this role is to provide services and support on maintenance activities of the functional area in line with the company policies and procedures to achieve the team's objectives and targeted plan.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Assesses asset condition & performance, & modifies maintenance plans, strategies & tactics.
- Plans, organizes, & manages the work performed.
- Develops & manages the maintenance & operates plan that minimizes cost while achieves goals for availability & reliability.
- Collaborates closely with other functions in the performance of duties.
- Demonstrate a proactive personal HSE commitment & general leadership across the team & generally in the business.
- Ensures Total System Capacity has maximum utilization, with sufficient plans horizon to allow opportunity for continuous improvement or a step change.
- Analyze Report information & explain the results to the departments as required.
- Provide workshops & mentors to establish the most efficient & user-friendly Work Management processes for any & every location on.
- Identifies & validates notifications & work requests to consolidate all known maintenance requirements.
- Participates in plans to Ensures maintenance work task execution can be performed safely,
efficiently & effectively.
- Forecasts maintenance activities up to 5 years to optimize cost & efficiency.
- Prepares equipment BOM list and releases shutdowns in SAP system in 5-6 months advance.
- Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) maintenance & parts management.
- Additional tasks assigned by Maintenance Senior Planner.

Contract length: 10 months
Requirements:
- Undergraduate or equivalent or higher education obtained through degrees or diplomas from academic college or universities.
- Maintenance Engineers or relevant discipline is preferable.
- At least 3 years relevant experience, or otherwise the significant practical experience and on the job training.
- Defines standards & SWPs for equipment maintenance as per the maintenance strategy/program for mechanical/electrical equipment.
- Ensures applicable safety policies & procedures are established for equipment maintenance.
- Coordinates material & component deliveries & arranges for any special tools, equipment, drawings & other needs prior to commencement of the scheduled job.
- Develops & maintains standard job bills of materials used in maintenance.
- Handles complex installation & maintenance activities leveraging advanced knowledge of equipment & appliances in more than one area within central services.
- Able to create & develop user friendly documents & templates on MS office software by using/writing complex Macros/VBA & Add ins.
