Role Purpose:
Dedicated roles established to undertake the programs and initiatives stated in 3 Pillars of National procurement strategy map, as per approved by the Board of Directors in March 2017. Primary responsibility of this role is to simplify our process while improving integrity of it and to ensure proper information are being shared to various stakeholders.
Contract Length: 6 months
Job responsibilities:
- Support the continuous improvement activities to simplify our process while improving the integrity
- Support the continuous improvement of database
- Lead the pre-qualification and contractor maturity programs under leader's guidance
- Develop various analytical works and reports for various OT procurement activities to ensure continuous improvement
- Develop various report and reporting mechanisms to suit the needs of stakeholders such as Government of Mongolia, /TRQ/EOT, aimag and other legislations.
Job requirements:
- Postgraduate or equivalent education obtained through degrees or diplomas from academic college or universities.
- Advanced degree in business and/or social sciences
- Minimum of 5 years experience in related field
- Minimum of 3 years work experience within Mongolia
- Good knowledge of the Mongolian and international economic/supply chain climate and emerging supply community challenges/opportunities
- Working experience government and private sector in related field is preferred.
