Position: Staff (Admin Staff)

Job responsibilities:

  • Manage daily operations of the office;
  • Preparation of official letters and answer and redirect company phone calls;
  • Preparation of domestic and foreign travel arrangements of employees and guests;
  • Procurement and proper management of office supplies and assets;
  • Responsible for office related payments within approved budget;
  • Arrange effective communication between the company and employees;
  • Assist with department related duties and internal events;

Skills required:

  • Bachelors degree in Business administration or related field;
  • At least 1-2 years proven experience as an office administrator or relevant role;
  • Familiarity with customer service, office management and basic bookkeeping skills;
  • Ability to use MS Office programs effectively;
  • Advanced English (Japanese is a plus);

Other requirements:

  • Candidates must have experience working as an administrative staff, possess proficiency in English, demonstrate a passion for their work, and maintain a positive attitude.
