Job title: Administrative Officer

Job description:

- To assist in organizing and implementing office planning, management, and maintenance work.

- Preparing administrative documents, keeping, and archiving all documents of the company

- Translate the required administration and contract documents, poster, official letters from English to Mongolian, Mongolian to English.

- Arrange companys all insurance claims, collect, and submit necessary documents, extend insurance contracts, and control insurance master file.

- Receive official documents and register them, transfer related employee and keep properly

- Distribute DHL or other posts to relevant employees.

- Assist to administration and documentation works

- Compile all contracts list, send expiry notification to relevant department

- Order required stationary items and printer inks

- Documents scan and copy

- Report work performances to Head of Administration and Procurement department

Requirements:

- Bachelor degree in Management/ Administration or above degree is required

- Advanced English required

- Previous experience of Administration field no less than 2 years

- Proficiency in relevant Microsoft office software(s)

- Knowledge of Corporate law, administration principles and reporting as well as knowledge of Mongolian regulations

- Ability to work as a team, make decisions accordingly and provide good customer service
