Position: Brand instructor

Location: UB, Mongolia

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop, plan, and schedule comprehensive training programs for sales staff;
• Assist with daily operational support at dealers;
• Conduct training sessions focused on establishing the Brand's standard customer care;
• Identify and clarify operational issues, providing advice and support for countermeasures;
• Lead initiatives to enhance customer care activities at dealers;
• Promote and ensure adherence to the Brand Philosophy among customers and within the
• market;
• Monitor and maintain the Brand quality performance metrics for dealers;
• Provide translation services for business meetings, conferences, and related events when
• necessary;
• Ensure effective Customer Relationship Management practices are implemented;

Skills Required:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field;
• Minimum of 2 years experience in the related field;
• Exceptional communication skills in Mongolian, both verbal and written;
• Proficiency in Japanese / English (communicative English is required);
• Ability to research and acquire knowledge in new areas as needed;
• Potential to develop data analysis skills;
