Job title: Partner Operation

Responsibilities: 

1. Independently undertake or take the lead in managing partner cooperation objectives, developing partner marketing publicize documents, editing partner policy documents, supporting special affairs such as partner process development and operation, operating the MPR process, managing the progress of key tasks, or managing small-scale projects.

2. Independently undertake/take the lead in managing partner capability development course development projects, delivering enablement projects such as the Partner Enablement Elite Camp, developing courseware in the Learning Zone, building and operating platforms, and managing process policies or project operations.

3. Independently undertake/lead the project management and project analysis support for e+ digital products, such as requirement management, product operation, user operation, and data operation, and participate in business activities such as new product launch and product go-to-market.

Requirements:

1. Good communication skill, fluent English

2. Good task tracking and closed-loop ability, teamwork spirit, strong execution ability. good sense of service, strong sense of responsibility

3. Be familiar with the knowledge related to partner development and partner cooperation management, and have some work experience in partner development and operation.

4. Be proficient in using common office software such as Office, be sensitive to data, and be able to systematically analyze data and extract opinions.
