Job title: Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

Responsibilities:

1. Own the company's strategy, business model, P&L, growth, and overall organizational performance.
2. Identify business challenges and translate them into commercially viable technology products and solutions, from idea and MVP/PoC through customer validation, commercialization, and revenue generation.
3. Lead major ERP and enterprise technology transformation projects, including business case development, vendor selection, implementation, go-live, adoption, and value realization.
4. Develop B2B sales, strategic partnerships, key customer relationships, and new revenue streams, particularly across mining and industrial technology sectors.
5. Build and lead high-performing cross-functional technology, product, project, and commercial teams.
6. Develop and manage a comprehensive technology roadmap covering ERP, infrastructure/cloud, cybersecurity, data & analytics, IT services, system integration, and product development.

Requirements:

1. 5+ years of senior leadership experience in a technology or technology-enabled business, such as CIO, Business Unit Head, Digital Business Head, Product/Technology Business Director, or above.
2. Proven track record of building and commercializing technology products or solutions, from identifying customer needs through product development, market launch, and revenue generation.
3. Direct experience managing revenue, profitability, budgets, and P&L.
4. Proven experience successfully leading at least one major ERP or enterprise digital transformation project.
5. Strong understanding of enterprise IT architecture, ERP/business applications, infrastructure/cloud, cybersecurity, data & analytics, system integration, and IT service management.
6. Practical experience with major ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Odoo, or Microsoft Dynamics.
7. Strong financial and commercial knowledge, including P&L, budgeting, forecasting, and B2B sales.
8. Professional-level English proficiency, with the ability to work and negotiate with international vendors and partners.
9. Strong communication, leadership, decision-making, and execution skills, with experience working directly with Shareholders, Group CEOs, Boards, and/or C-level executives.

Preferred:

1. Experience in mining, mining services, heavy industry, or industrial technology.
2. Knowledge or experience in industrial automation, IoT, SCADA, fleet/asset systems, remote monitoring, data analytics, and OT/IT integration.
3. Experience in technology partnerships, system integration, SaaS/product businesses, startups/ventures, or digital transformation.
4. PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum/Agile, ITIL, TOGAF, or CISSP certification is an advantage.
5. MBA, Executive Education, or relevant postgraduate qualification is an advantage.
