Job requirement:

• 5+ years of experience in software testing, including 2+ years in a leadership or senior QA role.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile development environments.
• Hands-on experience with test automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or similar).
• Experience with API testing tools.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing integration.
• Experience with bug tracking and test management tools (e.g., Jira,).
• Basic proficiency in programming or scripting languages used for automation.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving ability.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

Job description:

• Lead and mentor QA engineers while actively participating in testing activities.
• Define and implement QA strategies, testing standards, and quality processes.
• Design and execute test plans, test cases, and automated test suites.
• Oversee manual and automated testing across web, mobile, and backend systems.
• Identify, document, and track defects, working closely with developers to resolve issues quickly.
• Ensure comprehensive coverage through regression, integration, and API testing.
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to clarify requirements and ensure testability.
• Improve test automation coverage and testing workflows.
• Monitor product quality metrics and continuously improve QA practices.
