Job Title: Senior Investment & Business Development Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Develop short-, medium-, and long-term business development plans aligned with the company's strategy and business development objectives, and lead their implementation.
• Conduct business analysis based on operational and market data, and prepare reports, presentations, and recommendations to support management decision-making.
• Identify new business opportunities, conduct market research, and initiate, develop, and implement investment and business development projects.
• Evaluate the financial and economic feasibility, returns, and risks of investment projects to support investment decision-making.
• Identify funding sources for projects and investments, and collaborate with investors and financial institutions.
• Provide professional guidance to business development and investment team members and ensure effective coordination across the team.
• Present analytical findings and research results to senior management and develop strategic recommendations.
• Monitor and evaluate the implementation and performance of investment and business development projects.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Investment, Project Management, or a related field. Graduates of international universities are preferred.
• At least 5 years of experience in business development, investment, strategic planning, or business analysis.
• Professional certifications such as CFA, FMVA, or PMP are an advantage.
• Strong skills in investment project development, financial modeling, and valuation.
• Ability to conduct business and financial research, perform market analysis, and report findings.
• Knowledge of financial statement analysis, capital markets, and corporate valuation.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, Power BI, Tableau, SQL, and other data analytics tools.
• Advanced written and spoken proficiency in English and Chinese.
• Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-support skills.
• Excellent teamwork, leadership, and communication skills.
