Job Title: Senior Accountant

Job Purpose:

To effectively coordinate and organize the accounting function to support the organization's overall business objectives. This includes implementing accounting policies and procedures, providing timely and accurate financial information to management, identifying and mitigating financial risks, ensuring compliance with all relevant accounting and regulatory requirements, improving internal controls, preparing all financial records and internal reports accurately and timely according to relevant accounting standards and legal requirements, and sharing professional knowledge to the accounting team.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor or higher degree in Accounting

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 1 year in preparing financial statements and reports

- Extensive IFRS knowledge

- Familiarity with Mongolian Tax Laws (CIT, VAT, PIT) and regulations

- Good knowledge and practical experience in inventory and fixed asset accounting

- Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint)

- Advanced Excel skills and experience in handling large data sets and reconciliations in Excel files

- Experience with working in ERP system

- Good oral and written communication skills in both English and Mongolian

- Ability to work in an international, dynamic and multicultural environment

- Adaptable to rapid changes in positive manner and work to tight deadlines

- Ability to coordinate team operation

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Ability to solve complex problems

- Ability to communicate complex financial information clearly

Additional Requirements

- MCPA, ACCA/CPA or MCPTA is with advantage

- Experience in an automobile industry
