Position: Lounge Coordinator
Job Purpose:
The purpose of the position is to ensure a personal and authentic Lexus experience by overseeing the smooth operation, maintenance, and readiness of the Car Emerge facility. This role is key to upholding luxury standards, ensuring that every aspect of the facility reflects the brand's commitment to quality while fostering strong vendor relationships and supporting departmental goals.
Job Responsibilities:
- Organize morning meetings and share information
- Ensure daily readiness
- Regular facility and vehicle checks
- Coordinate maintenance requests
- Inventory management
- Purchase and order monthly supplies
- Prepare the Emerge weekly report
- Schedule and coordinate services
- Monitor vendor performance to ensure all services and products meet Lexus standards
- Inventory and supply coordination
- Documentation and reporting
- Support monthly menu and lounge updates
- Daily operational support
- Cross-functional team collaboration
- Staff coordination
- Support brand activities
- Maintain brand consistency
Skills Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Experience in the administration sector.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
- Proficient in verbal and written communication in Japanese and English.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other software used for data analysis and report preparation.
- Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in reports and planning.
- Professional and friendly demeanor.
- Flexible and able to work well with a team.
- Willing to learn and represent the brand with enthusiasm.
- Detail-oriented and attentive.
