Our client, a dynamic Amazon FBA business with a global presence, is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented professional to fill an immediate opening for a Bookkeeper & Finance Operations Specialist for a full-time remote position.

As the Bookkeeper & Finance Operations Specialist, you will support the company's growing ecommerce operations by maintaining accurate financial records, managing reconciliations, processing payments, and preparing financial data to support cross-functional teams.

The company's portfolio includes several Amazon brands, primarily in the home and kitchen category, as well as some electronics. Its international team of 22 world-class talents manages all operations today.

This is a Full-Time | Fully Remote position reporting to the CFO.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and record daily financial transactions.
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable.
  • Perform bank, credit card, and balance sheet reconciliations.
  • Assist with month-end and year-end close.
  • Reconcile Shopify, Amazon, and other platform payouts.
  • Monitor fees, chargebacks, refunds, and payment processor reports.
  • Prepare financial reports for Operations, Sales, Marketing, and Leadership.
  • Support budgeting and forecasting.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years bookkeeping experience (ecommerce preferred).
  • Strong accounting knowledge.
  • QuickBooks proficiency required.
  • Experience reconciling ecommerce platforms and payment processors.
  • Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
