Our client, the Institute of Metacognitive Programming (IMCP), is seeking a highly skilled Marketing Manager (Offline Programs) to lead and elevate the promotion of its offline educational programs. This is a full-time remote position for someone with extensive experience in marketing large-scale projects, conferences, and events, who can strategize, execute, and optimize campaigns to drive measurable growth and engagement.

IMCPs vision is to scale this methodology globally, helping professionals, coaches, and leaders achieve meaningful change through approaches grounded in psychology, neuroscience, and philosophy.
As IMCP expands its offline programs—including workshops, seminars, and large-scale conferences—strategic marketing, effective execution, and audience engagement are critical to success.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies for all offline programs.
- Organize and manage marketing activities across multiple channels.
- Lead project execution, oversee all stages of program launches, and ensure milestones are met.
- Allocate and monitor marketing budgets effectively to maximize ROI.
- Identify new ideas to improve key metrics, optimize conversion at each stage of the funnel, and test hypotheses for scalable growth.
- Collaborate with influencers and manage PR campaigns to increase visibility and credibility.
- Implement content strategies that support offline program promotion and audience engagement.
- Achieve SQL (Sales Qualified Leads) targets through targeted marketing initiatives.
- Manage relationships with contractors, agencies, and external partners.
- Provide weekly and monthly reporting with clear insights on performance and results.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar marketing role.
- Proven success in promoting travel projects, conferences, or large-scale events.
- Demonstrated experience
launching marketing campaigns
or programs in new markets. - Strong organizational and planning skills: ability to create detailed plans, manage schedules, budgets, and prioritize effectively.
- Analytical mindset: ability to structure and process qualitative and quantitative data and draw actionable conclusions.
- Team leadership and collaboration skills: ability to inspire and coordinate cross-functional teams.
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
