Responsibilities:
- Full lifecycle Amazon product launches: Strategize, execute, and meticulously manage the complete Amazon product launch lifecycle, from initial market research and opportunity validation to achieving significant sales velocity and keyword ranking targets.
- Streamlined launch system & processes (SOPs): Create and maintain comprehensive Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for every stage of the product launch process, ensuring efficiency and consistency across all initiatives.
- Driving existing products growth & optimization: Take a leadership role in strategically driving the growth and optimization of our Amazon product portfolio. This includes actively pushing our products forward, with a strong emphasis on developing and implementing strategies to improve the ranking, sales, and profitability of underperforming ASINs.
- Cross-functional team leadership: Collaborate seamlessly with ThreadNanny's sourcing and creative teams to ensure product profitability, differentiation, and compelling listing content prior to and during launch.
- Driving early sales & engagement: Implement effective strategies to generate rapid initial sales and reviews through influencer collaborations, targeted PPC campaigns, and strategic external traffic initiatives (Facebook, Google, TikTok, etc.).
- Data-driven performance optimization: Establish robust daily performance tracking mechanisms, analyze key launch metrics, and implement agile optimizations to maximize results during the critical initial phase.

Requirements:
