The ideal candidate will be proactive, innovative, and possess a strong understanding of digital marketing, B2B lead generation, and CRM systems. In this role, you will be crucial in expanding clients reach and impact through comprehensive lead generation programs across multiple channels, including paid ads, email marketing, and website optimization. This position involves overseeing third-party agencies, managing email list segmentation, and optimizing CRM systems for efficient lead flow. You will conduct detailed data analysis, develop content strategies for lead nurturing, and stay abreast of the latest trends in B2B marketing. This position reports directly to the CRO. What You'll Do:
- Strategize and execute comprehensive lead generation programs across multiple channels, including paid ads, email marketing, strategic direct response (SDR) initiatives, and website optimization for lead capture.
- Oversee and refine email list management, segmenting lists to tailor messaging and improve engagement and conversions.
- Oversee 3rd party agencies and manage success metrics with them on email cold outreach, meta ads and google ads
- Manage and optimize CRM systems for marketing and sales, ensuring data integrity and efficient lead flow between systems.
- Conduct detailed data analysis to track funnel performance and adjust strategies based on insights.
- Work closely with sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment of lead generation strategies with broader business goals.
- Develop content strategies for lead nurturing to move leads through the sales funnel effectively.
- Stay abreast of the latest trends in B2B lead generation and implement best practices to maintain competitive edge
Necessary Skills:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in marketing, lead generation or a similar field.
- Proven experience in B2B lead generation, preferably in a digital marketing or agency environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building and maintaining relationships.
- Creative thinker with the ability to identify and pursue new marketing opportunities.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to turn complex data into actionable strategies.
- Expertise in managing various advertising platforms, social media and email marketing tools.
- Proficient with leading CRM and email marketing software, with a keen understanding of integration and automation capabilities.
