About the job Supply Chain Coordinator
Our client, a dynamic Amazon FBA business with a global presence, is seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Supply Chain Coordinator who will manage and oversee the daily, weekly, and ad hoc supply chain operations to ensure seamless execution of Amazon FBA shipments, inventory management, and vendor relations. This role is pivotal in coordinating with internal teams, external forwarders, and suppliers to maintain an efficient and effective supply chain process.

Key Responsibilities:
Daily Tasks
- Monitor FBA shipment receipts and update ClickUp (CU) with actual delivery dates and shipment statuses.
- Communicate shipment updates with forwarders and update CU and Odoo systems accordingly.
- Notify relevant stakeholders, including the Demand planner and Supply Chain Compliance Manager, to facilitate inventory transfers.
- Manage the supply chain email inbox, ensuring timely resolution of queries and correspondence.
- Process reimbursement claims through 3rd party services.
Weekly Tasks
- Track and acknowledge inbound defects, filing disputes where applicable.
As-Required Tasks
- Purchase Orders (POs):
- Send POs to suppliers and obtain approvals.
- Validate pricing and applicable discounts, entering details into Odoo and CU.
- Shipment Planning:
- Create shipment plans in coordination with Bolang and suppliers.
- Confirm SKU readiness and delivery schedules to the specified ports.
- Gather and compare quotations for shipping, selecting appropriate forwarders.
- Provide forwarders with shipping instructions and connect them with relevant suppliers.
- Approve shipment plans and ensure forwarder compliance.
- Share Amazon shipping labels with suppliers and obtain tracking numbers for air express shipments.
- Invoice and Financial Management:
- Audit and approve forwarders' shipping invoices.
- Updating lead times, discounts, and supplier availability
- Updating and managing product dimensions and packing lists
- Other administrative tasks related to supply chain management
Qualifications:
Experience:
- 2+ years in supply chain management, preferably in eCommerce or Amazon FBA operations.
- Skills:
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to analyze and resolve shipment or inventory discrepancies.
- Advantage: Familiarity with tools such as Amazon Seller Central, Odoo, ClickUp.
