Our client, a well-established multinational D2C e-commerce company operating in the USA selling high-quality pet products is looking for an experienced professional to fill an immediate opening for a Marketing Manager for a full-time remote job.

Your tasks will include:

The Marketing Manager will work with all aspects of the marketing mix to promote the growth of the brands in out portfolio

  • Participate in the development and execution of marketing plans which address all aspects of the marketing;
  • Work closely with the Marketing Director to translate long-term strategy into highly effective marketing and customer marketing plans;
  • Perform consumer, customer, and competitive analysis; monitoring key performance metrics; 
  • Work with Packaging, New product development and launches, and base product renovations, Pricing, Promotion and Market Research
  • Work with partners in the creative development and execution of high-impact activations, consumer promotions, and packaging projects;
  • Support in the development of marketing communications including insight identification, concepting marketing content;
  • Report and measure results, providing insight and recommendations for improvements, presenting to management;
  • Support with new content creation, aligning with other teams;
  • Own the technical setup, maintenance and optimization for product listings;
  • Participate in the development and execution of marketing plans which address all aspects of the marketing
  • Manage brand marketing budgets
    
    Requirements:
    • 3 years of progressive work experience in marketing preferably with e-commerce consumer goods brands
    • Higher education in math, marketing, advertising, economics, statistics, or a related field
    • An innate desire to build and innovate, ability to operate without a structured ‘playbook’
    • Knowledge of new marketing trends and consumer engagement channels (digital, e-commerce, social, etc.)
    • Agile, forward looking with a "test, learn, improve, expand" mindset
    • Highly effective project management, prioritization, multi-tasking, and time management skills to meet deadlines
    • Quality focused – on products and work
    • Highly analytical, ability to extract and manipulate data sources
    • Experience working with Marketplaces would be a plus
