Position Overview:
We are seeking a talented and conversion-driven Graphic Designer with deep experience in creating and optimizing Amazon product listings. This role is critical to our growth strategy. Your primary responsibility will be to design high-converting visual content that increases click-through rates(CTR) and conversion rates (CVR) across our Amazon catalog.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design compelling Amazon listing images including main images, infographics, A+ content (EBC), and storefront banners.
- Optimize visuals specifically to increase clicks and conversions, informed by performance data and industry best practices.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, content, and product teams to align on messaging and branding.
- Conduct A/B testing of image sets and monitor performance to continuously improve KPIs.
- Stay current with Amazon guidelines and evolving trends in e-commerce visual merchandising.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience designing Amazon listing content with measurable impact on CTR and CVR.
- Portfolio demonstrating high-quality Amazon graphics and performance-driven design.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) or similar tools.
- Strong understanding of how design impacts conversion metrics in an e-commerce setting.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with 3d modelling (3D Max or similar)
Preferred:
- Experience with Amazon A+ Content, Brand Stores, and tools such as Helium 10 or Jungle Scout.
- Background in e-commerce or consumer product design.
