As Shopify Growth Manager, you will be responsible for optimizing the companys Shopify store, improving the customer journey, and driving revenue growth. You will implement data-driven strategies to increase conversion rates.
Key Expectations within 6 Months: Increase conversion rate by at least 25%.

Key Responsibilities:
- Shopify Optimization Enhance user experience, user journey and optimize website to maximize sales.
- A/B Testing & CRO Implement split tests on landing pages, checkout flow, and product pages to drive conversions.
- Sales Funnel Strategy Develop and execute strategies to reduce cart abandonment.
- Data Analysis Use tools like Google Analytics, Shopify Reports, Hotjar, and heatmaps to track KPIs and identify optimization opportunities.
- Marketing Collaboration Work closely with Paid Traffic Manager and our Marketing team to align store strategies with paid ads, visual assets improvement and product catalog performance.
Must-Have Skills:
- 5+ years of experience in e-commerce operations.
- Expert-level Shopify knowledge (themes, apps, integrations).
- Proven success in CRO, A/B testing, and increasing key metrics.
- Ability to analyze and act on customer data to drive growth.
Nice-to-Have Skills (Bonus Points!):
- Familiarity with paid ads, SEO.
- Experience with TikTok Shop and emerging e-commerce platforms.
- Knowledge of email automation tools like Klaviyo.
