Our client, a fast-growing eCommerce company in the Patient Care space, with a strong presence in the Home Medical Equipment (HME) and Durable Medical Equipment (DME) niche, is seeking a proactive and execution-focused professional to fill an immediate full-time remote UGC Program Manager, Social & Performance Creative opening.
As the UGC Program Manager, Social & Performance Creative, you will build and scale the company's UGC and social media systems to support aggressive DTC growth goals. You will oversee the sourcing, coordination, and execution of UGC and video creatives for paid and organic channels, while helping strengthen the company's online presence, customer trust, and conversion performance across key touchpoints. You will contribute directly to the company's growth by ensuring a constant pipeline of high-quality creative assets, managing social media execution, and creating scalable processes and SOPs that allow the system to grow efficiently over time.

Key Responsibilities:
Build & Scale UGC and Video Creative Production Pipeline
- Build and manage a consistent UGC sourcing and production pipeline for paid ads, website assets, and social media content.
- Coordinate creators, briefs, scripts, references, and deliverables to ensure a steady flow of high-quality video and photo assets.
- Manage and organize creative assets, ensuring files are properly stored, categorized, and accessible for the marketing and DTC teams.
- Collaborate with the DTC and creative teams to iterate on top-performing creatives and continuously improve performance.
- Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines, customer positioning, and conversion goals.
Execute Social Media Content & Community Growth
- Manage and grow the company's Facebook and Instagram presence through consistent posting and content execution.
- Coordinate and publish organic social media content, including reels, posts, stories, and UGC-based assets.
- Help strengthen customer trust and brand positioning through clear, engaging, and customer-focused content.
- Monitor content performance and audience engagement, identifying opportunities for improvement and optimization.
Support Paid Social & Performance Creative
- Collaborate with the DTC and paid media teams to develop UGC and social creatives optimized for Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ads.
- Coordinate production and delivery of creatives that support ad testing, scaling, and conversion optimization efforts.
- Assist in identifying winning creative angles, hooks, and content formats based on performance insights and feedback.
Create SOPs & Scalable Processes
- Build and document clear SOPs and workflows for UGC sourcing, creator management, content production, asset organization, and publishing processes.
- Help establish scalable systems that support long-term creative production and social media growth.
- Continuously improve internal processes to increase efficiency, consistency, and execution quality.
Qualifications:
- 1+ year of experience managing or coordinating UGC and video creative production for ads, social media, or eCommerce brands.
- Preferred 1+ year of experience managing organic social media content and execution for Facebook and Instagram.
- Preferred 1+ year of experience working with Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad creatives and performance-focused content.
- Nice to have: 1+ year of experience with additional paid or organic platforms such as TikTok or YouTube.
- Experience coordinating creators, content production, or creative workflows in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with tools such as Meta Business Suite, Google Drive, Notion, Airtable, CapCut, Canva, Figma, or similar platforms.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple moving parts, deadlines, and deliverables simultaneously.
