Our client, an international e-commerce company with a strong presence in the USA, is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Amazon Account Manager for a full-time remote position.
In this role, you'll support day-to-day Amazon Seller Central and Brand Registry operations from listing optimization and compliance monitoring to coordinating with Amazon Support and maintaining a healthy Account Health status.

Requirements:

Must-Have Skills:

  • 1-2+ years of hands-on Amazon Seller Central experience.
  • Confident with Brand Registry tasks.
  • Strong written English for Support communication and appeals; clear, structured communication style.
  • High accuracy working with data and product attributes; proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets.
  • Flat-file mastery (inventory file templates).
  • Problem-solving skills; fast learner.

Work Style & Availability:

  • Detail-obsessed, punctual, organized; able to handle high information load.
  • Stress-resistant and proactive; follows tasks through to completion.
  • Willing to work occasional evenings/weekends during Prime Day, Black Friday, Cyber Monday, and other major events.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and optimize listings (titles, bullets, images, A+ Content), merge/split variations, and fix parent/child links.
  • Set up and manage Deals, Coupons, and Promotions; monitor performance and error messages.
  • Monitor Account Health daily; open/support cases; drive resolutions end-to-end.
  • Handle policy violations and compliance flags.
  • Work in flat files (inventory file templates) to bulk create or correct attributes and variations.
  • Download and analyze key reports (Business Reports, Inventory Reports, Voice of Customer, etc.).
  • Coordinate with Amazon Support and escalate intelligently (callbacks/transfers) when needed.
  • Document SOPs and updates; maintain a clean task tracker.
