About the job Amazon Catalogue Manager / Operator
Our client, a fast-growing e-commerce agency with an ambitious team, is looking for an Experienced Amazon Catalogue Manager / Operator for a full-time remote position. In this role, you'll own and optimize our Amazon catalog operations end-to-end and support aggressive growth across products and marketplaces. This role is ideal for someone highly organized, proactive, and comfortable working with complex Amazon catalog structures at scale.

Key Responsibilities
Amazon Catalogue & Account Management
- Manage Amazon Seller Central accounts end-to-end (US + international marketplaces).
- Handle daily catalog operations and issue resolution (listing suppressions, stranded inventory, variations breaking, policy warnings, reinstatements).
- Build, edit, and maintain parent-child relationships using flat files, bulk uploads, and templates.
- Ensure catalog health, compliance, and consistency across all ASINs.
Listing Optimization & Content
- Optimize titles, bullet points, descriptions, backend keywords, images, and A+ Content.
- Coordinate updates with designers, copywriters, and PPC team.
- Ensure brand style guidelines and Amazon best practices are followed.
Scaling & Expansion
- Support new product launches (listing setup, variation strategy, compliance checks).
- Assist with new marketplace expansion (EU/UK or others).
- Identify opportunities to improve listings for conversion and discoverability.
Cost & Operational Efficiency
- Optimize product packaging and dimensions to stay below key FBA fee thresholds.
- Monitor catalog-related cost drivers impacting margins.
- Flag risks related to fees, compliance, or operational inefficiencies.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with PPC managers, supply chain, and leadership.
- Maintain internal documentation and SOPs for catalog processes.
- Proactively communicate issues, risks, and improvement opportunities.
Requirements
- Proven experience managing Amazon Seller Central catalogs at scale.
- Strong understanding of Amazon flat files, variation logic, and catalog troubleshooting.
- Extremely detail-oriented, structured, and process-driven.
- Proactive problem solver who can work independently.
- Strong written and verbal English communication.
- Comfortable working with fast-moving teams and growth targets.
Nice to Have (Not Required)
- Amazon PPC knowledge or hands-on experience.
- Experience with Walmart Seller Center or Shopify.
- Experience working with EU/UK marketplaces.
- Familiarity with FBA fee structures and cost optimization.
- Prior experience in scaling brands beyond $5M+/year.
