Our Client, an international e-commerce company with a strong presence in the USA, is looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional to fill an immediate opening for an Amazon Growth Manager for a full-time remote job.
As an Amazon Growth Manager, you will be responsible for accelerating sales performance and brand visibility across Amazon by driving high-quality traffic, improving organic rankings, and optimizing pricing and promotional strategies. This role focuses on strengthening core performance KPIs through data-driven decision-making, continuous optimization, and effective execution across the Amazon ecosystem.
You will take ownership of SKU-level growth, ensuring consistent performance improvement across the product portfolio while identifying opportunities to scale through new product launches and expansion initiatives. Working closely with the teams, you will develop and execute strategies that enhance discoverability, conversion, and profitability.

Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience with Amazon.
- A self-starter who enjoys working in a team and independently.
- Leadership skills.
- 100% focus on the company's brand and desire to grow.
- Deep understanding of Amazon: Best Practices, listing performance metrics, search terms research & analysis.
- Expert level knowledge of PPC + Pricing, Deals & Coupons strategies.
- Data/sales driven mindset with the ability to make sales grow
- Digital marketing experience and knowledge of external traffic tools are advantageous.
- Expertise in tools like Helium 10, Data Dive, SellerBoard, etc.
- Strong Excel skills, experience with dashboards, and advanced sales tracking tools.
- Experience working with high-ticket products.
- Experience in working with project management tools.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with the Leadership Team to oversee Amazon operations.
- Monitor and improve SKU-Level Performance, collaborating with the team for optimized results.
- Coordinate new product launches, ensuring seamless market entry and brand consistency.
- Manage pricing strategies, deals, discounts, and promotional activities to maximize brand performance.
- Provide detailed reports on product performance metrics, offering and implementing suggestions for improvement.
- Utilize PPC knowledge to guide paid marketing strategies and optimize ranking and ad spend.
- Demonstrate strong data analysis skills to inform decision-making and strategy development.
- Prioritize tasks effectively, focusing on impactful activities and minimizing time-consuming distractions.
