Key Responsibilities:
Influencer Marketing
- Source and identify influencers aligned with our brand values and target audience.
- Conduct outreach and establish long-term influencer partnerships.
- Manage influencer relationships, from initial contact to ongoing collaboration.
- Coordinate product seeding and track campaign results.
Social Media Management
- Manage Instagram accounts, including responding to DMs, engaging with comments, and interacting with followers.
- Engage and collaborate with TikTok influencers in the U.S. market.
- Monitor competitor activity and industry trends to inform content and engagement strategies.
Content Ideation & Strategy
- Research and propose innovative, on-brand content ideas to drive engagement and growth.
- Work closely with creative teams to ensure content aligns with brand tone and objectives.
- Leverage trending topics, formats, and platform updates to keep content fresh and relevant.
Requirements:
- Proven experience managing social media accounts for U.S.-based audiences.
- Strong track record in influencer marketing, from sourcing to relationship management.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
- Creative thinker with an understanding of social media trends, especially on Instagram and TikTok.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Working Hours
