About the Role:

Canning Industries Company is seeking a B2B Sales Engineer to drive sales and business growth within the metal canning industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing client relationships, understanding customer needs, and promoting our metal cans, lids, and related canning solutions to businesses in the food, beverage, and industrial sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

️ Identify and engage potential B2B clients in the food, chemical, and industrial sectors
️ Develop and execute sales strategies to grow market share in metal can manufacturing
️ Provide technical guidance to customers on can specifications and usage
️ Work closely with production and quality teams to ensure customer requirements are met
️ Prepare sales presentations, proposals, and price negotiations
️ Meet and exceed sales targets while maintaining strong client relationships
️ Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business, or a related field
1-3 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in metal manufacturing or industrial sales
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and travel for client meetings within Jordan
Understanding of canning processes, metal can specifications, and industry standards is a plus
