Job Description:

Carry out daily human resources and personnel operations and to oversee recruitment procedures and reports within the Human Resources department.

Required educational level: Bachelors degree in business administration or any related specialty

Experience: At least two years of experience in a similar job field

Required skills and abilities:

  1. Strong communication skills.

  2. High accuracy and efficiency in work.

  3. Excellent management and organizational abilities.

  4. Ability to take responsibility.

  5. Proficient computer skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Accurately enter all data into the personnel system.

  2. Monitor and audit employee attendance and manage their vacations and departures.

  3. Implement company management decisions regarding warnings, disciplinary actions, terminations, or resignations, and handle clearance and financial settlements.

  4. Execute company management decisions related to employee promotions, incentive rewards, additional duties, and internal movements.

  5. Prepare all human resources reports, including those on vacations, absences, work injuries, and other department-related activities as requested by the direct manager.

  6. Maintain complete and accurate personal files for all employees, including personal information, appointment papers, time records, vacations, salaries, promotions, penalties, annual reports, and other necessary documentation.

  7. Handle the hiring and onboarding of new employees and manage all related procedures.

  8. Maintain & execute employee performance cycles & processes.

  9. Resolve conflicts and issues among employees and maintain employee relations.

  10. Continuously update employee files and any documentation needed to maintain employee records.

  11. Execute any required reports and analytics related to human resources functions.
