Job Title : Regional Sales Manager – B2B Direct Sales (Dealer + South Karnataka)

A well-established power solutions and engineered equipment organization delivering reliable genset and acoustic solutions to large industrial, infrastructure, and government clients across India.

Scope of the Job

  • Drive regional revenue growth through B2B direct sales and dealer-led business across Bangalore and South Karnataka

  • Develop and execute regional sales strategies, key account plans, and market expansion initiatives

  • Build, onboard, and strengthen dealer and distributor networks

  • Manage high-value industrial clients, tenders, and large project negotiations

  • Conduct technical presentations, site visits, and customer solutioning

  • Track sales pipeline, forecasts, and performance using CRM tools

Qualifications

  • Bachelors / Masters degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field

  • 12+ years of experience in B2B direct sales within gensets, power solutions, capital equipment, or engineered products

  • Proven ability to close large industrial deals and manage key accounts

  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills

  • Hands-on experience with tenders, contracts, and CRM-based sales management

  • Willingness to travel extensively within the region
