  • Lead IT strategy, project planning, and ERP/CRM implementation (Salesforce/SAP).

  • Manage automation in real estate (BMS, IoT, Smart City, Wi-Fi, surveillance).

  • Oversee vendor management, IT operations, and stakeholder engagement.

  • Drive customer-centric digital initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • B.E. / B.Tech / MCA; MBA preferred.

  • 15+ years of experience in IT services/products (age 40).

  • Proven expertise in system integration, project delivery, and communication skills.
