Scope of the Role
These roles will support the rollout, migration, troubleshooting, and adoption of Office 365 for a large user base while providing on-site handholding, user training, and technical assistance to ensure seamless project execution.
Qualifications

3-4 years of experience in Office 365 support, migrations, and end-user assistance

Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications, troubleshooting, and user training

Experience in data migration (SharePoint/OneDrive) and KPI/adoption reporting

Ability to deliver on-site technical support and user handholding

Immediate to 45 days notice period availability.
