Job Title: Business Development Manager International Sales

A well-established company in the Printing & Packaging industry, specializing in international business expansion and innovative sales strategies.

Job Scope:
The role focuses on international sales growth, particularly in the Middle East and other global markets. Responsibilities include lead generation, market research, client acquisition, and relationship management. The candidate will develop sales strategies, analyze competitor trends, prepare proposals, and drive business development initiatives to meet revenue targets.

Qualifications:

• 3-8 years of experience in international sales & business development
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field
• Expertise in market research, lead generation, and competitor analysis
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Fluency in English (written & spoken)
• Ability to travel internationally when required

Additional Requirements:

• Shift timing: 8 AM 6 PM
• No personal phone use during work; company SIM will be provided
• Preference for candidates from Faridabad or within 30 km; relocation candidates will be considered
• On-site role only virtual interviews not applicable
