Job Summary:
We are hiring an experienced Sales Executive to drive corporate sales and MICE business for a reputed hotel chain. This is a field-focused role (70% travel) involving active client acquisition, relationship management, and sales growth through corporate tie-ups.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new corporate sales opportunities through calls, networking & visits

  • Set client meetings, deliver presentations, and close deals

  • Manage MICE inquiries and maintain strong client relationships

  • Collaborate with internal teams and attend industry events

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Hospitality, Business, Marketing, or relevant field

  • 5-8 years of experience in corporate sales, preferably in hospitality

  • Strong network in the corporate segment

  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets

  • Excellent communication, negotiation & presentation skills

  • Proficiency in MS Office and IDS software

  • Willingness to travel extensively (70%)

  • Age: 22 to 30 years; well-groomed and professional appearance
