Job Summary:
We are hiring an experienced Sales Executive to drive corporate sales and MICE business for a reputed hotel chain. This is a field-focused role (70% travel) involving active client acquisition, relationship management, and sales growth through corporate tie-ups.
Key Responsibilities:

Identify and pursue new corporate sales opportunities through calls, networking & visits

Set client meetings, deliver presentations, and close deals

Manage MICE inquiries and maintain strong client relationships

Collaborate with internal teams and attend industry events
Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Hospitality, Business, Marketing, or relevant field

5-8 years of experience in corporate sales, preferably in hospitality

Strong network in the corporate segment

Proven track record in achieving sales targets

Excellent communication, negotiation & presentation skills

Proficiency in MS Office and IDS software

Willingness to travel extensively (70%)

Age: 22 to 30 years; well-groomed and professional appearance
