Job Description:

We are seeking talented and experienced R&D Hardware Engineers to join our innovative team in Pune. As an R&D Hardware Engineer, you will be responsible for the design and development of hardware components, including circuit designs for microcontrollers (MCU), processors, memory, mixed-signal, and analog-based systems. The ideal candidate will possess strong proficiency in hardware design, schematic development for complex circuit boards, and excellent analytical skills.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronics Engineering (B.E./B.Tech or M.E./M.Tech).
2. 1-5 years of experience in hardware design and development.
3. Proficiency in circuit design for MCU, processors, memory, mixed-signal, and analog-based systems.
4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex hardware issues.
5. Experience with schematic design tools and software (e.g., Altium Designer, OrCAD).
6. Knowledge of simulation tools (e.g., SPICE, LTspice) and hardware testing methodologies.
7. Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
8. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
9. Adaptability and willingness to learn new technologies and methodologies.
