Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced AGM Civil Construction to lead the execution of a 20-villa project in Bangalore. The role involves overseeing project planning, execution, and delivery while ensuring quality, safety, and timely completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the complete execution of residential projects (townships, villas, and high-rises).
• Handle costing, contracting, quality control, and coordination with consultants and architects.
• Manage project resource planning and risk management.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and labour laws.
• Oversee site liaison management and MIS reporting.

Qualifications:

• B.Tech/BE (Civil).
• 15+ years of industry experience, including at least 4-5 years managing residential projects independently.
• Strong expertise in costing, execution, and project delivery.
• Experience working with reputed developers.
