Role : HR Business Partner

You will be working as HR Business Partner and will be part of Process Automation business area for BA Function Operation Centers and Quality division based in Bangalore, India. In this role you will be reporting to Head India Operations Center IA and will be responsible partner with managers to develop and implement people strategy through the execution of HR processes, ensuring effective and sustainable workplace relations, and by providing HR support for a defined team or location. Accountable for the overall HR contribution and value-add to the business in partnership with the functions and shared services. Driving effective communication, engagement, and collaborating across the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Acting as strategic HR Business Partner to business managers by embedding HR strategy/priorities, providing professional HR support, advice, ensuring people and organizational capabilities required by the business in the mid and long term are understood and actioned. Ensuring that business positions in the short term are adequately staffed to meet and exceed the business targets
  • Collaborating with Talent Partners, setting and implementing strategies and actions to ensure a healthy and sustainable talent structure/pipeline in the organization considering internal Talent pool and external market. The goal is to provide professional Candidate Experience. Responsible for total workforce of 700 INOPC PA employees in Bangalore, Chennai, Pune, NCR
  • Driving and executing all talent processes with Business Leaders e.g., talent management programs, annual performance review, people review sessions, identification and succession planning on business-critical positions and owns the talent outcomes, where appropriate is directly involved in the recruitment of peer level positions
  • Defining and fostering modern leadership development model, targeting becoming a best in class company with high performance leaders on all levels, facilitating, optimizing organization structure with the INOPC operating model and guiding principles including restructuring and redeployment of people. Supporting INOPCs multi-location strategy implementation
  • Fostering high performance culture by effectively managing the performance management system, continuously improving the quality of the performance management process, applying in-depth business knowledge to support and coaching managers implementing necessary measures and actioning to facilitate change, including communication, reorganization, performance management, motivation, recognition
  • Interrogating HR Analytics data to understand key organizational dynamics, trending, issuing, defining and executing appropriate actions, defining competitiveness position and compensation elements based on business need and in line with group and global division / business line strategy and policies

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Degree or Masters in HR business
  • Minimum 10 years of proven track record in a similar function
  • Experience in handling strong stakeholders management with internal and external partners and awareness in/about Indian labor law and regulation
  • Self-confident and trustworthy personality with intercultural affinity, strong communication, motivated, leadership skills, assertiveness and high customer orientation
