Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage inbound customer service queries
  • Handle product/service renewals
  • Upsell relevant offerings during interactions
  • Maintain excellent customer relationships

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, upselling, or renewals
  • Excellent communication in English, Tamil, and either Telugu or Malayalam
  • Minimum qualification: HSC passed
  • Age: Males 24 to 37 years
  • Flexible with rotational week offs
  • Comfortable with shift timings:
  • Females: 11 AM to 8 PM
  • Males: 12 PM to 9 PM
