Were hiring dynamic Customer Service & Renewals Executives to handle customer queries, upselling, and renewal follow-ups. This role requires strong communication skills in regional languages and English, along with a passion for customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage inbound customer service queries
- Handle product/service renewals
- Upsell relevant offerings during interactions
- Maintain excellent customer relationships
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, upselling, or renewals
- Excellent communication in English, Tamil, and either Telugu or Malayalam
- Minimum qualification: HSC passed
- Age: Males 24 to 37 years
- Flexible with rotational week offs
- Comfortable with shift timings:
- Females: 11 AM to 8 PM
- Males: 12 PM to 9 PM
