Job Title: Deputy Manager, Sales Development

Scope of the Job:

• Manage key accounts from RFQ to mass production handover, including commercial activities and project management.
• Drive marketing efforts to boost sales turnover.
• Engage with potential customers and oversee manufacturing cost calculations, quotations, and negotiations.
• Lead project management for new vehicle items and coordinate cross-functional teams for successful launches.
• Handle monthly closing preparation, monitor part cost impacts, and coordinate customer audits.

Qualifications:

• Professional proficiency in English (both spoken and written).
• Knowledge of Hindi or a regional language is a plus.
• Basic Excel skills.
• Experience in the automobile industry is required.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
• Experience with Mahindra and TATA sales activities is an advantage.
• Prefer candidates with experience in no more than two companies (excluding trainee or GET periods).
